Making A Purchase

Payment
For non credit account holders, we accept payment through all major credit/debit cards, cheques, cash in person or TT. No transaction charges apply for card payments.
Shipping And Handling
Orders for next day deliveries can be taken until 5.30pm.
Next day delivery to UK mainland is £9.99 regardless of weight. Timed deliveries before 9.00am, 10.30am and before noon are also available subject to extra charge.
Delivery Schedule
Orders made before 5.30pm are dispatched the same day for delivery the following day.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All of our cameras and DVRs are covered with a minimum of 2 years warranty. Warranties exclude video heads, monitor tubes and CCD sensors damaged by normal wear and tear or mishandling and damage.

If found to be faulty by our technical team, all cameras will be replaced in advance. An invoice will be issued against them but it will be fully credited once the faulty goods are received. In the case of no fault found, the goods will be returned back to the customer. Please obtain an RMA number before sending the faulty cameras back.

Digital recorders will be repaired and sent back in the same day or a maximum of three days from the day we receive the unit. DVRs brought in person may be repaired while the customer is waiting.

If you believe an item is faulty, please call our technical phone line before sending the item back, as we might be able to sort the problem out over the phone. Our technical line is 020 8898 9500.

Returns Policy
All purchases can be returned for a full refund within 30 days if you decide to change your mind provided that the products are in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. If the goods are returned as detailed we will issue a full refund for the goods, excluding any delivery charges.

If you would like to make a return for unused goods or for repair, please fill in and fax our RMA sheet, which can be downloaded from our website or faxed to you on request. Please state the goods you are sending back and the reason or in the case of repair the fault of the product with the invoice number. We will then fax you back the RMA sheet with a unique RMA number which has to be clearly marked on any returned goods. Any goods returned without an RMA number will result in a delay in repairing the fault or in issuing a credit note.

The buyer will be responsible for ensuring that all returns are delivered to G-Tec at the above address, and for providing proof of delivery of any such return, the cost of such returns is not covered by the product warranty. We will cover the charges of returning the repaired or the replacement product to the customer.

In addition our standard Terms & Conditions apply to all sales, available on request. Products, prices, specifications and T's & C's are subject to change, so please check the latest details when ordering. Your statutory rights are not affected.
