By registering, you agree for us to keep your details and contact you by all means given. You can contact us to close your account at any time and your details will be deleted 6 months later.

Making A Purchase

Payment
For non credit account holders, we accept payment through all major credit/debit cards, cheques, cash in person or TT. No transaction charges apply for card payments.
Credit accounts ( Subject  to status ) are payable on 30 days end of month term . Goods remain the property of GTEC Distribution until invoices are fully  paid .


Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
All of our cameras and DVRs are covered with a minimum of 2 years warranty. Warranties exclude video heads, monitor tubes and CCD sensors damaged by normal wear and tear or mishandling and damage.

If found to be faulty by our technical team, all cameras will be replaced in advance. An invoice will be issued against them but it will be fully credited once the faulty goods are received. In the case of no fault found, the goods will be returned back to the customer. Please obtain an RMA number before sending the faulty cameras back.

Digital recorders will be repaired and sent back in the same day or a maximum of three days from the day we receive the unit. DVRs brought in person may be repaired while the customer is waiting.

If you believe an item is faulty, please call our technical phone line before sending the item back, as we might be able to sort the problem out over the phone. Our technical line is 020 8898 9500.
