Returns & RMAs – What to Do
Option 1 – Trade Counter Drop-Off
(No Online Form Required)
Installers may bring faulty items directly to the trade counter.
• No online RMA form is required
• Items can be tested in person
• Where a fault is confirmed, a replacement will be issued, subject to stock availability
• If further testing is required, an RMA will be issued at the trade counter
Option 2 – Returns by Courier
(RMA Required Except Unused Items Within 30 Days)
If returning items by courier, an RMA number must normally be obtained in advance.
Unused products being returned within 30 days of invoice do not require an RMA number, provided the return includes a note stating the invoice number and whether credit or a refund is requested, and the items meet unused return conditions.
For all other returns:
• Complete the online RMA request form
• Provide a clear fault description or reason for return
• RMA numbers are normally issued within 24 hours
• RMA numbers are valid for 14 days
• The RMA number must be clearly shown on the box, inside the box, or included with the returned goods
Prepare the Item
For all returns:
• Package items securely
• Include all accessories and original contents
• Ensure unused returns are in resale condition
Outcome
After testing or inspection:
• Faulty items are repaired or replaced under warranty where applicable
• Approved unused returns are credited
• If no fault is found, the item will be returned free of charge with the installer’s next order, or sent back urgently at the customer’s delivery cost if requested
