Making a Purchase

Orders can be placed by telephone, email, or other agreed methods.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.


Payment

For non-credit account customers, we accept payment via major credit and debit cards, bank transfer (TT), cheque, or cash in person. No additional charges apply for card payments.

Credit accounts are subject to approval and are payable on 30 days end of month terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All goods remain the property of G-TEC Distribution Ltd until paid for in full.


Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

G-TEC Distribution Ltd reserves the right to amend prices, product availability, or specifications after this period or in the event of supplier price changes or unforeseen circumstances.


Back Orders

If an item is out of stock, it may be placed on back order. You will be notified and given the option to cancel your order if you prefer not to wait.


Tax Charges

VAT is charged at the prevailing UK rate on applicable orders.

Export orders may be zero-rated subject to current regulations.


Warranty

All cameras and DVRs are supplied with a minimum 2-year warranty, unless otherwise stated.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, incorrect installation, or normal wear and tear.

If a product is confirmed faulty by our technical team:

  • Cameras may be replaced in advance. An invoice may be issued and credited upon return of the faulty item
  • Digital recorders will be repaired and returned within the same day where possible, or within a maximum of three working days from receipt
  • Items brought to the trade counter may be tested and repaired while you wait, where possible

If no fault is found, the product will be returned to the customer.

An RMA number must be obtained before returning any goods.

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact our technical team before returning the product, as many issues can be resolved without return.
